We made some headway today with orders! We are now right around the 4 business day mark. Please keep reading for some important updates!
If you are shipping to the EAST COAST~ UPS is taking 10 days to get it there for ground shipping, therefore it will no longer make it there in time for Christmas unless you expedite shipping. If you are shipping to the MID WEST we highly recommend expedited shipping to get it there by Christmas. Any orders placed BEFORE 5 pm pacific time on 12/14 we will get your Mid West and East Coast Orders there by Christmas. Anything after that we cannot guarantee. For West Coast orders December 18th is our cutoff date to guarantee Christmas delivery with regular ground shipping.
PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER (INCLUDING IN-STORE PICKUPS) TO BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED, POSSIBLY LONGER DURING THE MONTHS OF NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER. WE ONLY SHIP MONDAY-FRIDAY.

We are very aware of how expensive our shipping prices are. Unfortunately, as a small business in Washington State, we do not get the same negotiated prices that Amazon, Walmart, and other big stores get. We just cannot absorb the cost of shipping. If you are ordering several items, the cost of shipping will most likely be lower than what you originally pay for. If that is the case, we do end up going back and refunding you the difference in shipping. We are not making money off of shipping. We pass along our negotiated rates to you.
